Q. How fast is your service?
We have a three business day installation window within our service area, with over 90% of jobs being completed in one business day. Please note that this does not include weekend days (Saturday or Sunday). In our extended service area, there is a 4-5 business day installation window.

Q. What areas do you service?
Our service area includes Williamsburg, Yorktown, New Kent, James City County, Newport News, Hampton, Poquoson, West Point, and Gloucester County

Our extended service area includes Richmond, Goochland, Hanover, Hopewell, King and Queen, Mechanicsville, Norfolk, Suffolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach. Please contact us with any service area-related questions for a more specific and accurate answer. 

Q. Do you contact Miss Utility?

Yes, we will contact and schedule Miss Utility. If you would like the post set in a specific location, please mark the area with a visible rock, spray paint, or other obvious marker.  

Q. What is included?

Once the order is received and Miss Utility has marked the property for underground wires, we will dispatch our installer who will install the post and sign (if applicable). The installer will hang your signs in accordance to your wishes will text or email a picture of the installed post and signs upon completion.

The homeowner's lawn will be returned to the state it was found in upon post installation.

Once the property is sold, simply request sign removal and our installer will remove the signs and post and will refill the hole with dirt.

Q. What is the rental period?

Current rental period is 120 days from installation. At that point, an extended post rental fee of $15 will be added for another 120 day period. SIGN ME UP reserves the right to remove the post, if after a grace period of 7 days has passed and payment has not been made to cover the extended rental.

Q. What if I don't like where the post was installed?

We will place the post sign anywhere you like on the property as long as it is safe, legal, and you inform us of your preference at the time of the order. However, if you choose to allow us to use our best judgement, and than disagree with our choice, there is a charge to go back out and move it.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

We will do our best to contact the installation team to cancel the order, however we cannot guarantee we will be able to stop them. Explain to the homeowner to keep a watch out for the installer. Our installers are always directed to follow the homeowners on site requests. So, if the homeowner chooses to cancel the request on site, our installers are happy to comply. You will not be charged an additional fee if we need to have the sign removed.

Q. What if the post or sign is damaged or lost.

The agent will be responsible for the cost to replace the post and/or sign.

Q. How many signs or panels can I store with you?

We recommend at least two panels per municipality that you have listings in, and a minimum of six if possible. If you are a big listing agent, you will need more panels. We must have signs and panels on site in order to install them. Please allow at least three business days to complete a removal and three business days to do the install.
